I was going to chose staff because it is my favorite, but I chose single because I can spin it easier than any other one of those.

Staff for combat, but I would also choose the pike one for looks since it's really cool when the temple guard flips his lightsaber when he tests kanan

Last one is NOT a pike.
The point of a lightsaber pike is that it can be wielded like a double-bladed pike (not including the Legends one), when it was introduced in The Clone Wars the Tempel Guards used staff-like elongated golden and grey handles with teal lights on the side that produced two shoto blades.
But the one seen in Rebels is literally a completley different weapon. It is white and gold, has no teal lights. Unlike the pike it has a hinge in the middle, due to that it is a few cm longer than a regular double-bladed lightsaber but still not as long as the pike handle, wich is almost a staff on it's own. Also the hinged lightsaber emits regular sized blades. Not to mention that the real pike can be seen in one and the same scene in Rebels as the hinged lightsaber, if you watch carefully and they are clearly depicted as two separate things.

A lightsaber pike is it's own unique lightsaber type with extremly long handles that make up about 1/3 of the entire activated weapon (if not more) and shoto-sized blades.
The Temple Guard lightsaber from Rebels on the other hand is in any way just a regular double-bladed lightsaber, like Darth Maul's, just with a hinge inserted in the middle for better comfort while on the belt.

I don't get it, add a hinge to a double-bladed lightsaber and suddenly it's a pike? Wich doesn't look anything like the lightsaber pikes originally introduced to us?

And just because Wookiepedia has it the same way doesn't mean it's true, Wookiepedia is referencering a specific book that is full of such mistakes and misconceptions. A wiki is only as reliant as it's sources.

Saber staff, but if have one end be shorter than the other like a saber pike and have an extender added to the body of the saber for extra grip space when using it and added length

The lightsaber staff was the temple guard way as you can see in the Star Wars the clone war series
But the pike works too It’s just unusual to see them not in a staff mode.

That swivel is a pinching hazard. So either dual wield or double bladed - fixed.
