Here's how I learnen these 4 words:
this - point the finger on your nose
that - turn the finger away (as if showing someonene's nose)
these - point the finger on your eyes
those - turn your fingers away (as if showing someone's eyes)
That was very useful before, but now I don't use this method, because I know when do I say "these" and so on (brings a tear to my eye☺)
