If you're experiencing random connect-disconnect issues with Bluetooth, try using a Bluetooth dongle. This happened with my laptop's internal Bluetooth as well. My Bluetooth speaker keeps disconnect randomly. The internal Bluetooth enters 'eco' mode and is like 'sleeps' when switching between applications. Using a Ugreen Bluetooth 5.3 dongle resolved the issue for me, keeping the Bluetooth connection stable and always on. Now I do not have problems with my Bluetooth audio. Good luck!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TEACHING ME THIS! I took a 5 hours computer break and when I tried to resume I found my Bluetooth had stopped working. I did all of the steps and apparently half my settings were somehow off. Immediately after the troubleshooter step was completed, my Bluetooth started working again!

i have grundig jam sound bomb with bluetotth when i connect with andorid phone no problem but if i connect bluetotth with windows aproxamtly after 5 minute device disconnected i try youre solutions but its dosent work

Hi, may you do a tuto for those who only loose BT connection after some minutes when no sound is played on the PC ???
Indeed, my BT connection works very well, i can listen music for hours, but as soon as i'm stopping listening music or make a pause on a Youtube vid (nearly 30 minutes) the BT is disconnected and i have to go in the BT settings to reconnect my speaker !
