I can get it right about 6 times out of 10. It`s not quite as fast or clean as yours but I`m getting there. I feel heavier strings might help...
I love that chord at the end as well!!! It`s nice learning licks like this, the difficulty is knowing where an when to use them.

awsome man! I know a few licks like this already. thes are great in context with alot of e mixolydian licksw/ cromaticism. my former instructor used to show me alot of stuff like this.

Must have missed this video in my subscriptions when it first came out. Amazing as always, like I can actually use this as a training lick, then eventually rock out! I am just learning how to combine 2 licks. Now that I have like 4 licks I actually use. Playing guitar 4 years... 1 lick a year? Oh my :(

if y'all like licks like this check out my boy "big boy" johnny hiland..i'm not a big country fan but the guy is such a great guitarist, les paul called him the best guitarist to ever live..thats no shit...like i said i ain't a big coiuntry fan but this guy just makes the guitar "sing" a story that you just can't resist listening to and going damn that guy is good. he is a theoretical, and melodic master..check him guys really you won't be disappointed and ya might convert after seein ole johnny
