Here is my problem - I can not find any information about the air compressor, how powerful it should be, and what adapter to use to fit it to the laser. I've been to Home Depot and Lowes but no one has seen such a connector. Can you tell us where to buy it and what to say so I can get the right part? How large should the air compressor be? I also am looking for a water pump that is not submersible. I am leary of putting an electrified apparatus into water. I'd rather have an external pump. Also, what do you think about putting a small, circular fan at the beginning of the duct work, a light weight a/c filter to capture smoke particles after it, and then the duct work. Would that work or would the filter restrict the air flow too much? Thanks in advance for specs. Did not get a manual when I bought it. Just a single page which I can not now find of course! :-P

Im looking for a nice priced laser for doing inlay work on wood. The Epilog is nice but
the price is up there. The Glowforge might do it but missed the special intro price they had.
I hope the lasers will come down in price.

im reading to not use soft duct work in the tutorial. have you had issues or did you swap to a metal duct?

well thought id watch a few FSL engraver videos to decide whether i should look into buying one over the Epilog Zing. seriously dissapointed looking at this product it doesn't even have fixed datum's to align your work piece with ill keep researching but its saving 4k in the short term would look like losing 30k worth of production over a year.

can't align well the hobby. from the beginning semms like the frame is no square. got 3 years with and almos any cut is so well. what can I do? support takes sooo much time to answer. some tip?

You didn't say what "full spectrum" means. This looks like an infrared CO2 laser. "Full spectrum" sounds like a technology that uses more than one wave length, but it's most probably not. To me it sounds like marketing bullshit - I'm only talking about the name. The machine seams decent.
