Any research on positive outcomes from dry needling or BFR ?

I have a young 23 year old female with a high RF factor and right shoulder pain and early stage of adhesive capsulitis confirmed by MRI. Symptoms started in July 2022. Any suggestions ? What about JAK inhibitor medicine?
