Rheumatoid Arthritis 2016
Dr. Michael Starr

Quebec Forum on Arthritis 2016

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is one of the most common forms of inflammatory arthritis – it is reported to afflict about 1% of the population. This often affects people at younger ages, and if not treated early and effectively can lead to chronic pain in joints, deformities, and significant disability. Great strides have been made in our understanding of the disease and in research and development of new targeted therapies for this condition. We are seeing a major improvement in outcomes for patients with the new treatments that are now available, and the field of rheumatology is changing rapidly with new exciting developments every year. Although a true cure may not yet be available, there is hope, and we are coming ever closer.

You are not progressing in the research of RA disease rather your treatment and drugs are very harsh and threatening and very difficult accepting the medication related medications
