I’m on the far western edge of the city bordering three suburbs (Oak Park, River Forest and Elmwood Park), so nothing around me is closing. However, I’ve been warning Black people about the dangers of voting Democrat since 2011/12, but nobody listened to me and they called me a “sellout” and “race traitor” for not being an Obamabot and mindless Democrat. Now Black Chicago is in major decline and the city as a whole is looking like a cross between Los Angeles and Detroit at the same time, to the point where I can’t even recognize Chicago anymore.
