Some interesting points. But why the punch and Judy show. This sounds rather condescending, the women who has the answers and the guy who does not quite get it but is wiling to be told. One voice would have been enough. Interesting she mentioned the book by Paul Lockhart which is a rather scathing criticism of how maths is taught in American schools. The video was rather spoilt though by that last remark: "Happy calculating". Maths is not about doing calculations. This is only a by-product sometimes when maths is applied. Maths is most about logic and reasoning.
