Fried Rice Guyanese Style #guyanesefriedrice #chinesefriedrice

Ingredients
2 Cups white rice
4 Cups water
1 Onion (1/2 chopped up and remaining 1/2 to blend up)
2 Tbs fresh ginger
3 Scallion
2 Wiri Wiri pepper
1/2 Bell pepper (any color of your choice)
Few stems of thyme leaves ( fresh)
1 medium carrot
1 Tsp Chinese spice
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbs sweet soy sauce
2 Chicken bullion cube
2-3 Piece of star anise
1/2 Cinnamon stick
4 Pimento seeds
6 Cloves
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup corn
1-2 bora
2 Tbs oil

Blend up seasoning
6 Garlic cloves
1/4 Cup celery
Few stems of fresh thyme leaves
1/2 onion
