GUYANESE FRIED RICE | recipe side dish

1 1/2 cups long grain basmati rice
2 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cassareep
1 tbsp chief Chinese sauce

1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup finley Chopped bora/long bean
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/3 cup green peas
Chopped onions
Chopped bell peppers
Chopped green onions
minced garlic
grated ginger
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
