Just won a run with T. Eden. Got First Floor Planetrium, then when I rerolled I ended up having 3 planetarium item and I was confused. Watching this explains a lot.

I just finished my final tainted eden completion mark and this video shows up in my recommended pepehands

THIS GUY EXPLAINED IT SO WELL BUT IF YOU STILL DIDNT GET IT ;

load every item / destroy the entire floor without picking up anything
take the item you want from whichever pool FIRST (in this example ill take devil)
collect all the other items and they will now roll respectively into the item pool of the first item you got, now its time to go isaac repentence baby@!
