How to setup localhost on Windows 10

1. Open the start menu and type "Windows Features"
2. Select "Turn Windows Features On or Off
3. Expand the "Internet Information Services" option
4. Check the boxes for "Web Management Tools" and "World Wide Web Services"
5. Click OK

Then test in your browser!
