Good points
1) SARCOIDOSIS Causes both hypercalcemia nd hypocalcemia
2) Hypomagnesmia will cause reduced parathyroid function and decrease calcium
3) new point from harrison 20th when compared to 19th edition -
natapara(PTH 1-84 AMINOACIDS) FDA approved for treatement
4) New change from harrison 19th to 20th in the table is
autosomal dominant mutation CaSr and G protein .
