Amazing, it worked, thanks a million. I only had to do the first step ---> type in cmd then input sfc /scannow


It was so strange why my copy & paste stopped working, I did not install any programs or visit any bizarre sites. But I was not able to paste to Clipboard and not even into an email. So I thank you so very much!

It worked for me but I only got as far as restarting the computer ! The window I was typing in disappeared so I couldn't do the final steps to finish with the chkdsk C: /f
