Very poor system.

SKUs get permanently attached to totes and you have to rely on their people to fix it. We have had our errors for a couple months now without a solution.

It's as simple as deleting that tote number but it's not. They made it to where you have to rely on their help instead of making it simple and easy to use for you to integrate your own system.

Youre at this companies mercy, and for the price tag, definitely not even worth half of what they charge. Stuck with issues until they find it deemable in their own time to help you fix it.
