I would really like to see a direct comparison between GWN7630 and Unifi AC Pro. I am also VERY interested in GWN7000' performance with QoS enabled (eg - can it handle QoS without bandwidth reduction?)

Getting really tired of latest Ubiquiti's shenanigans with breaches and, more particularly, controller updates. Seriously considering migrating to other platform.

Thanks for the video. Been wanting to use one of their outdoor AP's for my backyard...the only reason I haven't yet is because I haven't figured out how to get an ethernet cable out to where I need it 😕

Hello willie. Thanks for the videos as always watch. I thought i should comment as
to a reason i cannot use the grandstream APs series. There is no way to cover the ugly network wires coming out of the ceiling and have had to replace these in a home. IT wise love them. I just don’t know why a cover is not supplied. Chris

Replaced my Unifi LR unit a month ago with the 7630, what a difference. One of the best things that I have done for my network.

Can the GN APs new connected in a mesh?
I've got a few Unifis at the moment but can't get one of them wired so it's using the mesh uplink.

Grand stream sounds like there Aruba solution with Clear Pass authentication and their rogue detection.

What a great video, exactly what I needed. I am about to deploy a AP system for an outdoor campus and cant decide between the GWN7630LR VS ubiquity UAP-AC-M-PRO. Ubiquity is the leader in the market, and I love the self controlled feature Grandstream offers. But which one should I go with???? It will be used as wifi calling and phone web browsing etc for approx 60 clients.

Thanks Willie, great overview video of this product line. But I think you got some 'splaining to do. You obviously purposely did not utter the words Unifi or Ubiquiti at any point in this video. You also didn't comment one way or the other if this was in any way sponsored, etc. I'm assuming it's not because I believe you have integrity. I have to say that my biggest fear with any of these smaller? players (is Grandsteam a smaller player?) is that they'll go the way of OpenMesh. That is they'll get bought up by some bigger company on an acquisition rampage that completely changes everything for the established ecosystem of the company they buy. Anyway great video, but I eagerly await your follow up on why the sudden shift from Unifi. And yes I am aware of all the missteps Ubiquiti has made over the past couple of years as a company, but I want to hear your motivations. Thanks.
