How Hyundai Tucson Is Made? (Mega Factories Video)

The Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV produced by the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai since 2004. In the brand's lineup, the Tucson is positioned below the Santa Fe, and above the Kona and Creta. It is named after the city of Tucson, Arizona.

The Tucson is the best-selling Hyundai SUV model, with more than 7 million units sold globally since it launched in 2004. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is being produced at the carmaker's plant in Montgomery, Alabama. This also marks the first time that Hyundai has assembled the Tucson in the U.S., with all previous generations coming to the U.S. as imports from South Korea. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is now the fourth product that will be produced at Hyundai's manufacturing plant in Alabama. The other models that are produced here include the Elantra, Santa Fe and Sonata. The Alabama plant will only be supplying the petrol-powered versions of the Tucson to the North American market.

well I just watched my car being built which is fascinating!! My husband and I bought ours Nov. 11, 2021 and it is amazing to drive. I would have to say I liked every part of it coming together was very interesting to watch

Mounting the wheels with robots is neat. Seems like they take a picture, analyse it, and turn the wheel accordingly to match the holes with the bolts.

When you buy a new vehicle and then you come to see the build process I guess you get more fascinated of your purchase. Mine is a santa fe but still, see how Hyundai care is great.

The paint process still fascinates me. I remember buying new cars 40+ years ago and the paint jobs were sometimes terrible.

And my favourite parts were the ones you didn't show. Like the lights, marriage, engine or interior. I mean... this was just welding and paint with a bonus seat.
