2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited vs 2025 Tucson Limited | Differences Explained!

In this video I compared the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited to the refreshed 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited. The Tucson has several changes for the 2025 model year including revised styling, updated technology, and a few new features. The new Tucson also includes several new colors to the lineup for both ICE and Hybrid versions of the vehicle. With the updated features and packaging, the price does increase the most on the Limited trim given the enhancements pushing it over the $40k price point including destination. Both powertrains are carryover with the Hybrid getting more tweaks to the system compared to the 2.5L 4 cylinder found in this video. Does the Tucson still stand out in the compact SUV segment or are there others you would consider before this one? Leave your thoughts below!

I have watched hundreds of car reviews. This review is by far the most thorough and useful. Amazing job!

Thanks for this very comprehensive review. I am currently leasing a 2023 Tucson Limited and love it! Nice to see Hyundai improving this already great SUV. If I do not decide to get an Ioniq 5 in 2 years when my lease is up I will definitely lease another Tucson Limited, perhaps the hybrid one!!

A very informative video, as always. Looking forward to the hybrid. The 2025 changes make a very compelling car!

Nice job on the comparison. As a 2023 Tucson owner, I am glad the exterior upgrades were minor. I really didn’t want my 2023 model to look outdated. However, the interior refresh is very nice. I like the two 12.3” screens on the dash, the floating center console and the additional storage below the console and the passenger side dashboard. Some of the new colors are nice. (Green and Bronze) Overall, a very nice refresh for the 2025 model year.

I think for me, the Hybrid SeL convenience will be the way to go altho i do want rear passenger heated seats and ventilated front seats so might go limited.

14:39 that infotainment is a huge difference for me. I like those physical buttons and unified dash. Definitely, 2025 is better, thanks for sharing!

Curious as to why they didn't move the buttons that are in front of the cup holders to the main display area. They moved the gear shifter back to the steering wheel - they could have cleaned that whole center console up and made it button-free....

I think I'm going to get a 2025 SEL with the convenience pkg. Small sunroof and H-Tex. I prefer the older shifter style, plus the higher trim levels are outside of the budget. I would like the panoramic sunroof, but not I don't want to be in the 40s. Thanks for the great info. Nobody does a better job than you. I wish you did driving segments. That's the only thing we're missing. Thanks.

The only thing I like better in the '25 is the addition of knobs.

Geez, prices keep going up & up. At 40k this is now the same price as my fully loaded 2020 Santa Fe. And the new '24 SF is 10k more at 50k (YIKES!).

That’s the one negative for me is the blinker is so low on all these cars if you’re behind them, you don’t really see it unless you’re far back. I also don’t understand why Hyundai doesn’t make power folding mirrors on this trim.

My 2022 Tucson hybrid has a back-up warning beep that is very loud and annoying. Do you know if Hyundai made it any quieter for the 2025 model?

We just got a 24 phev white on gray in march and already have 8k miles💀 but I love this redesign a lot

Glad I bought a 2024 Tucson Limited a month ago. I like the look of the interior (Dash and console) much better than the 2025. Great vehicle.

Are any of the north American hybrid models going to have power folding mirrors? I've seen this option on some of the Korean/ European models.

One major difference you did not cover is the head-up display. Wish you would have shown more about it.
