Vacherin Ice Cream Cake

This impressive ice cream cake is made in the colours of the Luxembourgish flag, in honour of Luxembourg National Day on the 23rd June. The blue layer is a meringue, topped with a white vanilla ice cream layer and finished with a strawberry ice cream layer. Guaranteed to be the star at any national day party.
