3 is a primitive root modulo 5 and 25 too. So 3 is a primitive root modulo 5^n for all natural numbers n too.

In previous video of number theory playlist no 68 we proved if a is a primitive root of p then a is also a primitive root of p^n. Then I think there is no need to check for p^2 too. (as I understood)
