How lovely ! A few years ago I walked the Inca Trail in Peru one day when we were walking through trees for quite a while a beautiful large black butterfly flew around me and stayed with me for quite a long way along the track somehow I could feel the presence of my mother it was a beautiful experience!

Awww that’s very sweet. Had a Cardinal that tapped on my windows… from sun up to sundown. For years. Didn’t matter which room I went to… it would tap that glass. Then it started having the girlfriend tap while he chirped from the top of my lanai roof. I didn’t find it nearly as enduring. After my ex and I divorced, I moved into an apartment on the 4th floor about a half mile away. And for about a year, there was a cardinal that would fly by the screened in balcony…He’d fly to a tall tree just chirping. It couldn’t have been the same one… but the tapping reminded me of my grandfather who passed. He would annoy me (endearingly) by thrumming his fingers on my bedroom door to wake me.

A couple days after my dad died, a beautiful hawk landed on the windowsill of my bedroom. We just looked at each other for a while before he flew off. It was such a calm and nice encounter, in those days I could really feel my dad’s presence. I miss him.

I was having a really bad day a few weeks ago due to anxiety and stress. I decided to go on a drive to my favorite park. I was sitting in my car and a Robin landed right on my driver side mirror and looked at me for about 15 seconds and then flew away. I knew it was a sign.
