We're so happy to see that you're loving your Luxies and that although we do not recommend bleaching the hair, your set looks absolutely lovely after colouring it :) As per our e-mail correspondence in regards to the weft that slipped out, to kindly let you know we do not have any individual pieces as all Luxies come pre-packaged in full head sets. Therefore, the credit we have extended could be used to take the weft to a seamstress and simply resew the affected part :) Regardless, we're so happy to hear that you're loving your Luxies!
