It's a bit late but just so you know; collector size doesn't matter for transmitting or relaying, it only matters for receiving.

In creative mode I just use the singularity generator and then beam it up to space and then go from there. I usually will convert the energy from x band microwave to something else depending on what I want to do with the power. This time I'm going to use it to solar sail places :)

I just started using interstellar ex. and I just put a power plant in orbit that produces 65ish gigawatts. that being said I have a question about the relay sats. when building a relay satellite. do I need to have separate microwave arrays for receiving power and one array for sending power on the same satellite?
