The missions add a shitton of playtime. And the kindergarten boss is there because the characters that level is based on are literal kindergarteners. It's actually kinda clever. You can beat this game in a few hours but if you wanted more playtime, try your hand at the missions. I hate it when people complain that a game is short and then ignore the decent amount of side content. Warioware games were never long. But additional missions and goals are what add more playtime. To which this game has many.

I love your reviews but I have some thoughts as a huge fan of this game. 1) the bad characters are supposed to be hard to use because the idea is when you "use all" you're getting a mix of challenges. So you don't want 9-Volt on a tricky microgame, but it's a spin of the roulette wheel every few seconds. Which character for which game? OH NO IT'S THE DEMOLISH GAME WITH KAT NOOO. Etc. Obviously, they knew certain characters were tricky to use, that's the idea. That's why you get to choose your "good" characters half the time, but the other half, you HAVE to use the entire nightmare squadron and do your best. That's the fun of it. Same goes with the "confusing" microgames where the objective isn't clear. The panic and mistakes is part of the fun and you're supposed to just laugh and try again. Also I get not caring about points, but that's the main draw for me. I still play all my WarioWare games constantly, just trying to get better scores. It's infinite replay value because you always have a chance of beating your score and your only opponent is yourself. So I'd never rent this because 1- you keep improving scores and 2- the unlockables and completionist elements take months. Still, good review though and your points are 100% true of how you prefer games. Keep up the awesome channel.

I think they should've made the focus of the game different, cuse the score chasing (especially in the Wario Cup mode) is super addicting, they should've focused on that instead of a story mode that mostly had bland dialogue outside of the cutscenes, . it just feels really slow playing it out that way with the boss fights and such, that whole process definitely slows down what is supposed to be a fast and frantic, pick-up-and-play party game!

Yeah, that price you said seems fair, i will get this game later, probably used, but for now i'm happy with Smooth Moves on the Wii, love that game.

The game that came out somewhat recently on the 3DS was way better at least based from what this review looks like.

The game is alright, but I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s not like the original. The only last good WarioWare game is WarioWare Gold

I am addicted to this game. The animations are so quirky and random. My only complaints about this game are that Penny is the most useless character and the worst micro game is the boss stage where you have to control a drawbridge.
