In my HS we had a military history teacher. He had military buddies from WW2 and Vietnam. He had 2 guys from the CIA involved in Vietnam come in and the first thing they said to the class " There's no such thing as 'former' CIA agent, once you are in it is for life, you are either active or inactive"
