She seems like the type of grandma that seems unassuming at first until she overhears how you've been bullied and then tells you how to totally obliterate them.

I can say as a nurse, we blend in. People often forget our names but will say "oh, the nurse yesterday" or "the dark-haired nurse". We blend in dramatically. In the last 8 years of my career, only about 5 patients have remembered me for an extended period of time, and it was because of either: a) having them as a patient for a deeply emotional experience, and b) if they were in the hospital for a long period of time and saw me frequently.

I love that you can tell she takes great pride in everything she has done and accomplished, but also you can tell having to watch some of these clips just kills her inside.
