have you installed the samsung kies? You can also upgrade your device by this tool and it is more accessible than upgrade your device by OTG

In your settings under "About Device" there should be a "software update" option. It should upgrade it for you.

There are few limitations in the Sidebar. First, only certain number of apps can be placed in that sidebar. Second, On Samsung and few Google apps can be put. So i dont think you can pin Facebook on that sidebar.

Just check if you have Firmware "version N7100ALIJ1" installed on your device. If it is installed, you just need to press back button for 3 seconds and it will appear. Soory to say but you cannot install any third party apps apart from Samsung and Google Apps

i can't do that with my note 2...? i hold in the back button, but nothing happens.. :( pelase help me! :) (I have not got any updates on the phone after I got it)

that sucks, this is a fail, the only thing i could imagine using this for would be for navigation and music up at the same time and you cant have the 2. stupid. no point in navigating 2 sites when you can quickly change between the tabs. i cant find any other use for this. im sure in time more apps will be accessible through the multitasking.
