the struggle of finding christian friends...

with this episode of my youtube channel I wanted to focus on something I know alot of my viewers may struggle with. But a journey requires movement, and as you move with God you'll meet people along the way.

The big thing is finding christian friends that are like minded. because you can have “christian friends” who dont want to read the word with you or pray with you. personally for me I have a fire for God, people may look at me like Im doing the most but I cant listen to that noise. I refuse to let people around me make me believe that theres something wrong with reading more, worshiping more, praying more because I want less of me but more of God. The christian friends I have are 30 years my senior, so they feel more like parents than anything😂 but I pray God will send me friends around my age who are running for Christ just as hard.

I pray that God gives me a Christian friend. I'm 21 years old and from Kenya. I'm feeling very lonely at the moment. It's really hard to find someone who is serious about God.

I found this video by typing "Christian friends" in the search box. I think this is great that you are both friends, but I can't say that I have ever found a Christian friend that stays. Because there are so many differences in Christian thought, practice, doctrine, etc., this makes things even the harder. I am happy for those who have found friends, but it is a long road for those who are without them in this life. God help us.

It’s difficult to find likeminded folks who truly seek the Lord. There are many people who call themselves “Christian” but are still engaging in gossip in the workplace, school, etc.
How nice it be if we can do something meaningful/we’re passionate abt and earn a living of it..

One thing.... haveing pastoral friends or heavy zealous Christian friends that almost demand, push or force you to be involved in their lives, activities or ministry.... yet they want no involvement in my life.... the things I enjoy doing, talking about, all the things in my head.... on my heart.... and I cant even open up those things to them because there is no reciprocation or mutual interest in my life and joys... This bothers me... and then they make me feel like the outcast or the fallen one.... or not righteous enough.... this hurts.... deeply and makes me feel lonely often times.

I wish Jesus was here, so that I can walk with him physically, and talk to him, hear his responses... and engagement in my thoughts and ideas.

A friend of mine told me that I'm in love with my church and I was like....😹😹😹😹. I don't love my church!!! I love God and the relationship I have with him. He didn't get it. I can't blame him. Most of the people in the world don't really understand the word 'relationship'.
