This was before she "perfected" looking like a child, Leena had to learn a lot... And this was her first American family so of course that she won't look exactly like in Orphan. But you can tell that it's definitely HER. Her face, gaze, movements, gestures... Everything, it can't be anyone but her. Isabelle was 23 when filming Orphan: First Kill. She looks exactly the same, just a little older, as her character is. To all the rude comments... Just let the movie shut your mouths!

Perhaps making the prequel when Isabelle turned 16 or 17 would have been the best option, versus waiting so long to where she's 25 today. That way there would also be no large gap between the first film from 2009
