Michael A. The more I listen (over and over) to Micheal's podcasts, the more I understand and internalize his message. I also love his presentation style: concrete, practical and sometimes... hilarious. The parents of prior school shootings - many of them - got in their cars and headed to Uvalde. They accepted that the awfulness had happened again and knew they were the few who could help. This talk helped me understand that imagining how I would feel about it is not the helpful question but asking how I can be of service in a tragedy is the better one.
