UDP packet rate is percentage of packets recieved by reciever out of sent by sender. With TCP it guarantees 100% packet delivery with UDP it does not. In this case psping is asking the reciever how many udp packets you recieved and calculating the percentage. Correct me if wrong. Thanks😊.😊😊
