Thanks for your video, I am studying for the FE1s and helped me understand the effect of the 2021 act on Easements. Keep up the good work!

Hello and thanks for your video. I am property owner in a rural setting with 3 houses to the side of the property. On the deeds it says they have right of way (to do with the emptying of there outhouses once upon a time) all entry points from these houses have been blocked up for decades. 1 of the houses have opened a way through to my land on this right of way. Just wondering if they can still do that after so long a time. Have I any right to say no? Thanks

I’m so annoyed our right of way has been moved from a set of cricket fields to the back of the fields!

I have a question, I have an easement over my property (well established/mentioned on deed) "a right to pass and repass" is the wording from 1981, however Im being told that the dominant land and its owner have ancillary rights (think thats the correct term) including the ability to take photographs of the land subject to the easement and the surrounding area (all privately owned) can you clarify the typical ancillary rights of a basic easement of a land locked garden of a mid terraced house? (uk) hope so 👍🏼
