The “assault weapons” ban in all states needs to end now!

Shall not be infringed should be enough.

I have zero faith in SCOTUS to do the right thing here...

Why can’t we just get an order from the United States Supreme Court that outright bans states from prohibiting semi-automatic rifles once and for all? I’m so fed up with this constant back-and-forth!

Roberts and Barrett have been huge disappointments in their rulings that I don't expect much from SCOTUS in protecting our rights anymore.

It’s January 15, 2025 and I can’t purchase constitutionally protected items in CA.

WHY, does Tic Toc, a relatively NEW case when compared to most 2A cases in the system, get a cert hearing and the 2A cases geet passed on? The SCOTUS may say no rights are second class but their actions belie their words. Fact is, whether for philosophical objections or the swamps fears of an armed populace the entire legal system, aside from a few shining lights here or there, is biased against that particular right. Avoiding the truth of the 2A erodes the value and confidence of the society in the courts, and indeed in the concept of justice itself.

Unfortunately, common trend has been for the states ignoring Supreme Court rulings, if the executive branch isn’t going to step up and enforce the law, kind of pissing in the wind

Fingers crossed in R.I. And they are looking at an assault weapon ban right now….they don’t quit. I don’t want to have to move, but will have no choice. Wish the courts could put the spurs to this asap.

Let me know when this actually happens.

The fact that the tic toc case got ahead of all these 2A cases just shows the government as a Whole could NOT GIVE A SHIT about our Rights

There's a oath to uphold and defend the constitution, every representative as well as law enforcement take the same oath, any and all arms laws/restrictions whatsoever is absolutely a direct violation of the oath they took in order to hold office or put that badge on, violation of oath of office is a crime against we the people, for some reason, nobody bothers to enforce the only arms laws that can exist under the constitution, the right to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed. Violation of their oath is literally treason, its a blatant betrayal of the constitution and their country, if we the people demand violation of oath of office be enforced, that will be the end of this fight for our rights that should have never been even heard in congress, much less still being recognized a hundred years almost later.
