Today in this video I have shared my experience on the success of all the IIIT's in such a short period of time. Most of the IIIT's were established within 20 years and the way they have grown as institutions is commendable.

I have shared my own preference list in this video. No branch is bad, list is made considering the placements, cutoffs and college life.

The official brochure of JAC Delhi 2020 is released with the following major updates.
1. Registration dates for jac delhi - 21st September 10 am
2. Seats are increased - 5448 for btech and 40 for barch
3. NSUT 2 new campuses details jac delhi 2020
4. New branches in NSUT JAC delhi 2020
5. IIIT Delhi fee increased 2020

You should clarify that only IIIT Hyderabad, Allahabad, Banglore and Delhi are good...
Other IIITs are not so good..
I am itself an IIITA Alumni but still I recommend you to, if you are getting a IIT or a Top NIT then go for it.. ( except IIITH)

Basically if you are interested in pursuing careers like data scientist or ai architect and want to study cs 24 by 7 and pursue research iiits are for you.

My son has already taken admission in VIT Chennai in CSE. His JEE Main rank is 25917, General Caste, West Bengal domicile.. Should participate for JOSSA for admission in NIT or IIIT for CSE/IT and ECE? Only NIT or IIIT for CSE/IT and ECE. Which NIT or IIIT your suggestion..?

The course structure is a lot different from abroad Universities. Most top universities in abroad gives you admission into the university and not a any particular course. They provide a opportunity to explore many areas of interest let it be any subject and then you choose your major mostly in 2nd year where as in IIITs you read mostly CSE starting from 1st year still there are few similarities like plagiarism and good faculties .
IIITsare probably the best in India after IITs for CSE and because CSE is in high demand they are able to make the most out of it please don't compare it with Top abroad Universities have very few things in common .
For e.g:- Stanford campus area is over 8, 000 acres, it has more Olympic medal holders and Nobel laureates than many big countries, it has hardly any comparison with even India's every Institute the there are many more like Harvard, MIT, Yale, Oxford, etc.
