If I were to judge based on the usage. I'd say London is the most popular since it's what most beginners are thought and it's a very easy setup opening that requires little to no thinking.

I notice lower-rated players often go for the four knights game which is about as basic as the London.

Personally, I know the Sicilian lines and the Vienna Gambit by heart.
