I had the most exhilarating experience exploring the stunning landscapes of the Yukon on my motorcycle. And in Whitehorse, I was welcomed by the Sinderallas with open arms and the roar of their engines. This group of fearless women riders is not just about conquering the roads; it's a sisterhood united by a passion for motorcycles and a love for the freedom they bring. Their camaraderie was infectious, and I instantly felt like part of the family.

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

None of that would be possible without my official sponsors:
Motorcycle Diaries
Rev'it
Bridgestone
Forma
Outback Motortek
Lone Rider
Quad Lock
Leatt

VIDEO RECORDING DATE: JUNE 2023

Blue skies, green trees and endless grey roads in front of you - that's how a imagine Alaska. I never thought of torrents. The day after sunshine hopefully. Günter/Nürnberg

In 1994 I drove from Washington state to Alaska and spent the summer there, then drove back. The Yukon was the best part of the trip up and back. The mosquitos were bad but the fish were great. The camping was awesome.

That Klondike Highway construction is treacherous when wet like that. My riding partner and I both had some struggles with it last year, thankfully we didn’t have the wind and debris on the road like you did!

Bravo to you, Kinga for handling those tough conditions.
The Canadian far north is a whole different ball game weather wise, and it looks like you really experienced that first hand!
I did the same trip from Ontario a few years back so your videos are bringing back all the memories for me.
Regards from Canada.

Wow that was a wet ride, sounds like you had hail on the end next step would be snow LOL. I thought the name Sinderella was a cool name for a girls bike club. Keep on rollong and stay safe.

That sort of weather used to be referred to as, 'coming down stair rods' over here in North East England. Stair rods were things used to keep stair carpets in place in the good old days. Thanks, Kinga, I always enjoy your videos!

I think the wettest I've been was in Northern Nevada. I believe it was October. I started the day camping at the Alvord Desert in Southern Oregon. The rain started about the time I got on the road, and rained hard all the way to Winnemucca. About noon I pulled into a hotel that had a covered entrance and asked if they had a room. I was soaking wet and had decided to end the day early. They said check-in was 3PM. Standing next to my bike, I considered my options: I could stand around, soaking wet for three hours, or I could get on the bike soaking wet and ride. I rode.

South of Winnemucca, the skies cleared, and within about two hours, I was dry. I think my final stop that day was Fallon.

Another awesome video, Kinga. Hope it didn't take too long to dry out from that awful rain.
