So there were a LOT of people saying how this "new model" was going to emulate KTM's Duke 690/790 and what actually happened is that we got the CB500F with a bigger engine stuffed into it. I feel like somehow we were promised Zendaya wearing a swimsuit, but instead got Tom Holland wearing a frumpy overcoat

Not sure. It looks cheap like a Suzuki. Honda always was premium but this one misses the mark. Won’t be trading in my Trident anytime soon.

As you stated in your video, the look is disappointing…

Put these electronics on the cb650r and tune the engine so more grunt at lower revs and you have a winner

I like the looks quite a bit. It's restrained in a good way. It clearly says sporting bike, but doesn't scream. And it won't look old quickly like some Kaws, KTMs, Yamahas, Suzukis of late already are.

Come on guys nobody's ridden it yet! Clearly the looks aren't to everyone's taste but this is no CB500!
It's a new lightweight frame and if they state "Razor Fast Handling"you know It's going to be an absolute weapon!!!
Can't wait for some ride reviews with that 270 degree crank the engine will have bags of character and torque, can't bloody wait👌

I think it’s a great looking bike! Not over the top but not boring either. Honda nailed it in my opinion.

I like it. Decent performance also. I was expecting it to weigh 500lbs. 400lbs and 90bhp with 72nm(52ft lbs) isn't bad at all. I also love the Hornet logo. Only thing I didn't care for was the commercial. This bike will not be a hit with younger folks in my opinion. This will be huge with the 35+ crowd. Especially in the UK where insurance on bikes like this is pretty pricy.

Direct competitor to Suzuki’s GSX-S 750, if Honda can rival a good price package might be a decent enough competitor. That gixxis being my first bike, I might just b a lil biased

The positive reaction to the Suzuki GSX-8s looks means Honda has to revise this styling.

Put this in to a sports bike that looks like the cbr650r and I am interested, unless the XSR GP comes first.

My bike! we had one minor issue - there wasnt a space for the front number plate which is mandatory in my country. So we created a bracket and now the number plate ruined the beautiful front. Oh well.
