Every time Nietzsche is criticized he is misunderstood.

Egotistical Tolstoy probably never understood Nietzchean philosophy, especially on the subject of resentment.

John Stuart Mill was arguing against inequality towards how women were treated back then. He was also against slavery, but this video posits him like he was pro equity, which he wasn't he was about equal rights not outcomes, he even recalls how with open competition men would still be "more fit" for a role that involves manual labor, and sees nothing wrong with that disparity. What Nietzsche is going against here is a morality based in equity, not a morality based in the most competent being prized. Equal freedom of choice, is not a morality that hinders a higher man, because his morality is not constrained by that morality.

Equality before the law, is the only equality i want. If the law is just, best practices and nonarbitrary, one is able to get majority of psychopaths to go along.

When we have a so-called justice system which gives some groups more rights or privileges, than the rest of us...we have what we have.

Not everything Nietzsche said was smart

In short: Nietszhe is a elitist who is sometimes blinded by his own illusion of some perceived existence of "higher man" and that the slave morality he scorns isn't so wicked

Did the original utilitarians really claim that utility is universal?

Hmmm,
Level playing field, true meritocracy, universality, sans power gaming power over others, but that progress serves to raise all, without regard to power. True human progress, to lift all, without regard to ability or animus.

Niet was out of line, but he's right.

Nietzsche was close but not fully. Ayn Rand correctly understands the right conclusion; equality in rights only.

Nietzsche was a fascist in all but name. How his works are still given the standing they maintain is beyond me.
