Of course you’ll be “installing” with another $1, 000 dollars from every one’s bill is not that Entergy is “ proactive “ every one in JP will see it on their own bill

Entergy revenue for the twelve months ending June 30, 2024 was $12.069 Billion. Entergy annual revenue for 2023 was $12.147 Billion....WHY are the rate payers/customers being put on the hook with higher rates so Entergy can upgrade the infrastructure they own? Is $12+ Billion in revenue not enough greed and corruption?

Rates go up. Service goes down....Mistakes on my bill (overcharges I kept paying since I did not even know about them). No flex-plans in place for seniors who may be strapped and require what my former home in NYC (Con Edison) called 'Level billing'..I contacted ENTERGY Customer service and was brusquely informed, "We offer no such accommodations.." (Hey, excuse me I'll shoot myself....) Jesus H....
