NOLA Entergy is a separate company. The city regulates it. There's your problem right there.

In Jefferson Parish they get charge for Hurricane charges. In New Orleans they have to pay for Streets. Wait what is wrong with that? We should not be charge for anything but what we use in Electric. This has to stop. They keep adding more and more to our bills. In Jefferson Parish I have to paid for a park I do not use. Where is out tax money going to? Most of us are living day by day and do not have the money to line the pockets of thieves. THIS HAS TO STOP ONCE AND FOR ALL.
