How to change the Blink Outdoor Camera batteries

Pop the back case off by unscrewing it, and replace with two double AA lithium batteries.

The camera comes with a little plastic tool for opening the back that also doubles as a stand

I have the one that downstairs have a screw like that. It have the one with a little ball protruding out. How do I get it off???
