This has been my style for many years (decades). I remember graduating from college in 1989 and my mother taking me shopping to purchase items for my career wardrobe. I guess after decades, this is just my style.

I love Polene bags. They are so luxurious without the designer prices

I love all your suggestions. Unfortunately, not one of these outfits would work for me with my current lifestyle.
These look like clothes you would wear in a fancy city or for a career woman.
I live in small town with nowhere to go.
😂
All these styles suit you very well though, I must say.
Most younger people will look silly in clothes like this with their five million tattoos and giant spider eyelashes. 😵‍💫

Love ❤️ all of the suggestions. Millennials are growing up to be women and we cannot go wrong with “ polished” if we are to be taken more seriously in the world. I hate that they confuse me with Gen Z, I do not take that as a compliment, but I realized if I dressed more polished, the boomers would take me, a millennial, more seriously. Love ❤️ the timeless fabrics and classic take. They’re minimal and long lasting, ergo sustainable. Thank you 😊 for sharing Amanda. Hugs 🤗, Amy

I just ordered the black silky skirt on your recommendation. I hope I am as happy with it as you are.

Hi Amanda, another great video! I love the quiet luxury “trend.” It has always been my go-to. Do you have a link for the belt you are wearing with the silk trousers? I am not sure if I’m just overlooking it. Thanks so much 🎀🎀🎀 PS Senreve also makes nice handbags and are under $1, 000.

Hi Amanda - I wish you could get another code for a good discount on the portable treadmill - I'm waiting for that to buy it :)

Ah, timeless classics have been rebranded by the newest generation again. Funny I always dressed like this

We as millennials definitely needed more classic styles to be in the forefront. Y2k fashion is and was never classic or quality.

I am shocked how long it took to cover this “trend” on your channel. It is so you! I think the concept of quiet luxury is a little confusing. Its supposed to be expensive but hiding how expensive it is. Its supposed to be for investment pieces you use a long time but it is a trend. It is supposed to be environmentally friendly to own less and keep it longer due to natural fibers but a lot of these natural fibers need dry cleaning. With all that being said, it is honestly the way that I feel makes a man or woman look the best to wear understated high quality fibers. However as a frequent traveler, the reality of my life means I need fabrics that can handle a laptop backpack rubbing them to shreds, being stuffed in a suitcase and bouncing back, me eating and working and traveling in places that aren’t always clean and a punishing amount of walking and schlepping. Which is why I get the next trend I have heard of which is more REI /camping gear look.
