I love my Ontario knives. Their Air Force Survival Knife was my personal (non issue) blade for a year in Vietnam. It was a beast of an ammo box busting knife. The RATs are still great budget folders. This looks like a worthy little beater blade. Thanks for the review, Pete.

IMO, you really do some interesting tests. People may say it’s all meaningless. I feel the information is valuable. I’m 65 been outdoorsy for the lions share of my life. The sharpening information and techniques are excellent.
I’m a lansky user, I’ve learned plenty from your site.
Thanks for sharing, Really.

Will you do a cpm-rex45 steel unleashed when spyderco releases the para2 and 3 or maybe the military?

Which do you prefer 4116 or aus-8? The wraith looks like a competitor to the kabar dozier, the dozier is in aus-8 for $20 U.S. For my money at this price it's ganzo, you get bearings, deep carry clips, carbon fiber laminate or g-10 scales, "440C", for $20 U.S., their last 6 releases have been original designs (if you care about that stuff, I don't).

How would compare this to a qsp parrot?

This needs to be in D2 with black micarta handles for a slightly higher price and better edge retention on the D2. Keep the same name though. the name is awesome.
