Please listen to your fans. Make NHL a fun, customizable, creative game and expand on the game as a whole rather than focusing only on your micro-transaction money-grab that is ultimate team. If I don’t see the improvements to franchise, be a pro, world of chel, etc., I won’t be buying. Ever since ultimate team was introduced, it seems like that’s the only mode that EA has expanded upon. It just feels like I’m paying $60 to get killed by players that spend ungodly amounts of money on the game. The only differences we’ve seen are roster changes and minor mechanical changes. Make NHL the game we used to love, we’re begging.

Presentation:
More creative menus. They lack personality since NHL 14. Something on the level of a NBA 2K16 would be nice.

Winter classics need to return and bundle that with NHL moments so we can go back and get to play scenarios like Leafs vs Redwings in 2014 since we missed that.

Bring back pre game warm-up intros. Players walking through tunnels, pre skate routine with dimly lit arenas, a (player to watch) system so when a great player is on the ice it’s shows their stats

NBA 2K styled halftime interviews with the players. *shouldn't be too difficult being that every player have the same answer.

Bring back the ability to import our own music from our phones or usb drive’s into the game as menu music or goal songs and after every whistle if we wanted.

More realistic cup win animation. Back on the PS2 they wore the championship hats while sitting down for the cup picture.

EASHL practice
NBA 2K inspired My Career with a My Park or *My rink if you will
Some kind of NHL all star weekend game mode where you can do fastest skater and hardest slap shot


Gameplay: (The speed, skating, shot animations are perfect. But 3 issues hold it back)

Please fix the puck physics! They haven’t been good since NHL 15 (ironically). I’m tired of trying to block shots only for it to go straight through my body. Their should be no reason the worst NHL game of the gen have the best puck physics.

Hits are inaccurate and simply don’t feel satisfying. You had a very well put together system starting with NHL 14 and has been absent since

Fighting mechanics are simply getting stale and aren’t fun to participate in. Not as responsive as NHL 14’s.

Man, I feel like I'm getting old. I remember Ovechkin in his rookie year and that goal against Phoenix. The kids today don't know how good the NHL was back then.

If there is no GM connected or Be a Pro update there will literally be no point in buying this game, there wasn't really anything wrong with gameplay this year. They finally found a challenging balance, and the recent year's additions of skating forms and shooting forms were great.
If no new modes are added, i'll just keep 20, I've already made about 60 players since they won't allow roster sharing.
