Barry Allen did not change the timeline, he fixed the timeline. The Reverse Flash was the one who changed the timeline, Barry just restored it to what it was supposed to be.

This Barry is the one that Thawne created when he went back in time to kill Barry's mother and frame his father for it.

So yeah for Barry it sucks because Thawne was allowed to change time but he wasn't.

i never understood why barry was hated for that, yeah diggle doesnt have baby sara but he would have never ever knew unless barry told him and in my eyes thats not the same diggle. he could be completely different from his favorite food to how his parents raised him thats just how those paradoxs work. in all reality he still has a child its just the gender is different. thats like trying to justify wanda for doing what she did to get kids that arent even hers💀💀💀💀

Ive always had a problem with how everyone reacted to this info. Given barrys situation where he didnt know the potential consequences of his actions he did what literally anyone in his position would do. I undersrand an initial outrage but i dont undersrand oliver being the only person to understand his pain. Everyone has something in their past they wish they could change. In barry's case, it was not even a regret cause it was an event that completely altered his life that he couldn't do anything about, watching his mom die.
