This movie was great, but a bit annoying on how naive Blandings could be about such a important purchase. I had to deal with shyster contractors and a crooked builder when we built our house. Since I was in that type of business, they couldn't get anything over on me. I plan to be the builder of our next home and will hire my own reputable subs which will save me 100 to 150k.
