Dear Riot,

I have been an avid fan of League of Legends since Season 3. MSI and the Worlds have always been an event I have been looking forward to every year. I always thought until today that esports are very fair, the rules are simple and almost impossible to tamper with since it is very straight forward to follow - the aspects all fans worldwide would appreciate for teams to play for best quality game.

This year, due to unfortunate circumstances, I understand that the Chinese team RNG is participating abroad. This causes discomfort in other players due to higher ping, but as a fan, I thought this was the fairest we can make for the Chineses team. That being said, I believe that the Chinese team should take accountability to respect the rules of fairness just as well for accomadating for them. What I saw during the first game of RNG was very disrespectful towards all teams - no proper headphones, no Riot referee in sight, no sound proof walls (coaches can yell across the wall), no individual 360 degree camera, improper foorwear. It was disturbing and almost disgusting that they were allowed to play like this with very possibility of having an unfair advantage.

Throughout history, sports that have tampered with results have turned out poorly, robs experience for pro players who have dedicated countless hours and hard effort, mitigating their true skills and a chance to shine. As a fan, we begin to loose interest and trust for the game.

Please have the proper rules enforced for RNG tomorrow. Today was the most disgraceful day for Riot for the 10 years I have been closely following. I would like to believe that Riot can improve for the success for this MSI and many other tournaments to follow.

Why is it so gross? If you can't do it, don't do it. I always think Faker and other players are very nice and don't have any bad behavior. However, I didn't expect LCK's operation to be so disgusting. At the beginning, it attracted traffic with a female host having a scandal with contestants, and now it requires others to pay for its own hardware problems. Wait until the end of the game is not to say that the hardware problems require a replay?? You might as well just learn how India hosts games, LOL. Once again lowering my impression of Korea, well done!
