So I recently got an HD60X and I tested it on my laptop. It connects fine and everything seems to be working, but when I hit record, nothing is recorded. I go to the library, nothing there. I go to where the program tells me captures are stored on the drive, nothing. Any ideas? I gotta be missing something

I recently bought this for my switch, I already have the 4k pro card for my series X and my ps5. So the only issue I have is that I'm not getting any audio, I use headphones but they're wireless and have a dedicated usb dangle, so I'm not connected to the headphone jack on the switch. I get sound on the headphones and tv at the same time, even when my headphones are disconnected my recordings still have no audio.

I’m getting a resolution error trying to capture from my Switch, and I’m also getting just a black screen when trying to tell OBS to capture from the card.

Edit: Found out through calling support that the USB-C cable I was using wasn’t rated for the amount of data required. Bought a better cable, and the problem was fixed.

Could I use a laptop instead of a monitor? Do I have to use the chatlink if im using BT headphones/USB headphones connected to switch or if i want to hear switch through the laptop?

I'm having trouble picking up the sound from the Nintendo switch. I have a Mac and have to use a usb to usb-c connection for the Mac to the HD60 X. Could that be the issue? There's no headset plugged into the switch which I've heard could be the problem. It's literally the only thing I can't get working.

I have a weird sound crackling issue with my switch via HD60 X. I cant turn off audio enhancements because it is labeled as an input (like a microhpone) not as a speaker. Any solutions?

So I have everything connected properly and went to stream some switch gameplay. Everything works fine except my game audio sound has about a 20-30 second delay. Anyone know why that is?

I have no visual, I can hear the joy cons when I move them left or right but there is no visual. Also, it says source 1080p 60 but the capture is stuck to 576p60. Additionally, when I press record, it starts "fake recording"; seconds pass by but when I stop it there is no recording file. Tears of Kingdom is out in a few days and if I miss a single day of recording, you will hear from my Lawyers.
So much for plug and play no drivers needed. I also contacted customer support with a 30-second clip but as i said earlier TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE TEARS OF KINGDOM out very very soon,
