This is my third day with the appliance, i hate it. Its created sores everywhere. I had a crooked bite so now its forcing me to bite down the proper way, but now whenever i bite down im biting down on my cheek. And the screws on the side have created literal dents in the side of my mouth. And i just so happened to get a canker sore right where the screws rub agisnt. Im just looking forward to the end results.

I had these both. I still have the braces, just got my Herps appliance out today. When you get the heros appliance in, it will definitely hurt for a couple days maybe even to a week or two. Same with the braces. with the braces, thankfully it didn't hurt as much, but it still hurt. When I got my Herps appliance out, I barely felt any pain only pressure while getting it off. afterwards, which is now, It feels weird, and My Ortho said they got about 90% of the glue off, and now on my next visit which is in the 10th, they're gonna get the rest off and buy on a full mouth of braces. it isn't sore at all. Why would a tooth hurt worse after a root canal and crown being put on, then a broken tooth with the nerve showing? It hurts with any pressure being applied to the top of the crown.

I am going to get one of these in about a month, the orthodontist said that I will need to have it in for 1 and a half years so if anyone has any advice for me that would be very helpful!!!
